How long is the voucher valid?
Each voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Can the voucher be refunded?
Payment is made in advance and the voucher cannot be refunded.
What if he does not like shopping?
That is common, and it is who the service is designed for. Phill does the browsing in advance and narrows the options, so the day is calm and focused. Clients often say they expected to dislike it and ended up enjoying it.
